Beautiful custom cabinetry and dutch door design by Aniket Shahane of Office of Architecture. This design embodies minimalist elegance and functionality, showcasing a built-in shelving and cabinetry system that maximizes storage while maintaining a clean and seamless aesthetic. The integration of open shelves and closed cabinets creates a balanced visual rhythm, ideal for both display and concealed storage. The custom cabinets were built to fit into the tricky curve of the inset wall. Through the right most door, under the curve is the roof access. On the left of the cabinets, the shelving surface seamlessly connects into a window-sill desk. In the living room, the beautiful dutch door was built by our team as well. It is made from reclaimed wood and the top and bottom of the door open independently of each other, leading to the backyard.
